At 21, after being in property itself for over 5 years, and employed within property photography for nearly 2, I took the leap to grow my own business, one of the scariest, yet most exciting steps I have ever taken in life. I knew the time was right, I had been held back in employment due to my creative diffrences, and wanted to provide a marketing service like no other. I now look at the business that I have grown myself, and I wouldn’t change that for the world.
With the right marketing, a property can be sold. Not all houses 'sell themselves', and they often just need that extra bit of care added into them, which is also so important to me, too. I work with clients who care about their properties, as much as I care about my work.
With care and effort, a property CAN BE SOLD!!! No house has to stay on the market for years. What is needed is a bespoke marketing package that suits your home. No home is the same, so why should the marketing look the same? The same services may be used, but the finished product should include different styles of images that capture a specific home in its own way. That is why with SLC Imagery, I am able to bring a different perspective to each home, because of my creative style.
SLC Imagery was opened in 2023, very recently, I know! Since then, I have built up a clientelle of over 30 estate agents and developers, who have trusted me to produce the marketing on their properties. Due to having such a genuine love for my role, this allows me to put in 110% effort into every property, whether that be a studio flat by the coast, or an 8 bedroom mansion nestled within the South Downs. An extremely important part to my role is having the understanding for vendors, tenants and every one of my clients. Just because it is ‘just a one bedroom flat’, this is still a property that someone has grown to love and have memories in. It’s never ‘just another one’, because to someone, it’s ‘their one’.
What makes me stand out from others, is that I don’t walk into a house and ‘snap and run’, I put the effort in to have a conversation with the vendor. For those couple of hours, I am the face of your business, I want people to remember talking to me (in a good way!). I personally feel I have a very friendly and personable, but also professional approach. I would absolutely love to help you and your business out, by helping you excel in your marketing.
